(256,694 posts)He's very good, but he is best on location, talking to people or describing what's going on. He doesn't belong in a studio. Ali Velshi, on the other hand, can manage on his own, he's such an articulate explainer.

(79,122 posts)I think his background employment experience gives him the best insights on how things work -- or don't work -- behind closed doors. It is also why he is so outraged by the purposeful damage that the maga cult is inflicting on the social fabric, including democracy. And he has a powerful way of communicating. (Honestly, I'd love him to be president.)

(256,694 posts)And he has a lot of self control. I've seen him on a couple of TV shows (the one I remember best was as a judge who was outed for fooling around with a staffer on "Monk"
) though I do recall a couple of instances when he appeared to be emotionally affected or angry, though it was not outwardly obvious. And what's happening now has to be affecting him a lot, this is not the way government is supposed to work!
And, you're right, I'd gladly vote for him for president!
