For the Trump administration.

He makes ridiculous statements (“The national emergency is avoiding a national emergency,” ) and lies (“Tariffs are not being passed on to consumers”) all the while smiling like a Cheshire Cat.

Like many Trump officials, he has a punchable face.

Like his overlord, he is an idiot.
