Matthew Miller, partner at Vianovo and former spokesman for the State Department, broke down his memo to clients previewing what to expect from a Democrat-led oversight committee if the party regains control of the House in the midterm elections. Miller said that there is an 'increased demand' among Democrats to go after companies that have cut deals with the White House. It could also mean attempts to gain access to information from CEOs that the Trump Administration would otherwise not release.
