Spoiler alert.. a cognitive assessment exam identifies possible cognitive impairment .. it’s not a pass/fail pop quiz..

And I've had numerous of those "cognitive exams" when I had a check up at the doctor. Is it the one with the clock? Fortunately, they don't bother anymore. And it looks like your mother-in-law, despite the Alzheimer’s, is in better shape with "the leader of the free world."

The same thing happened to the mother of a friend of mine. Her husband had regular doctor's visits and she made her son crazy since she was frantically looking for him, no matter how often it was explained to her where he was. I never saw her like that and it was hard to imagine since I knew her as cheerful and outgoing, always with a smile for everyone.

As for the felon-in-chief, he owes it to the American people to come clean about what's ailing him. Our recent presidents have, especially Biden and Obama.
