'It may work out well, it may not': North Carolina farmers stand with Trump amid tariff chaos - Alex Wagner - MSNBC

MSNBC’s Alex Wagner travels to Johnston County in North Carolina to hear from farmers who voted for Trump in 2024 and are now seeing his tariff policies against China and other U.S. trading partners cause instability for their business.

China spends billions on American agricultural products every year, but Trump’s decision to start a second trade war with that country is raising the prospect that their crops will not find a buyer when it comes time to harvest later this year. Still, these farmers who are used to uncertainty, are sticking by Trump for now. - Aired on 04/11/2025.

Isn't really generating confidence. Oh well, maybe you'll get that handout you'll "reluctantly" snatch out of the gubmint's hands.

or Walmart to get their well informed take on things. Still waiting on Alex or the NY Times to come to some library book sale in Rhode Island or a chamber music event in Oregon.
