(38,868 posts)Rachel brings this up, but she doesn't emphasize enough what this really means.
The military doesn't trust defense contractor Musk with righteously good reason, because of China's business leverage to get access to Elon's "special exception" status knowledge of missile defense and other state secrets; Neither should Congress or We the People trust this oligarch, but should move to nationalize all his businesses, and shut down his operations in China.
The next war will be based on China's acquiring codes for all our satellite, telecom, and ground tower systems. When it shuts those down from its own hidden military satellites, it will shut down the U.S. Navy and Air Force's oceanic and air GPS and missile guidance systems, so nuclear subs will get shut down.
Then China can take over the U.S. land base from Hawaii to California ports.
Congress and the military must prevent any capability Musk gives China. They must act, or Trump will allow China access to state secrets through his oligarch boss, Elon.
