the "quits" I've seen from family, friends, coworkers.
Sad.
Scary.
Welcome to our brave new world. Though not so new; its been a long road.

He's a menace to society!
And the worst menace, the orange anus, loves him. Go figure.

Alcohol withdrawal can be dangerous.
Especially if he binge drinks right before he stops drinking.

He needs to enter a detox program where he is medically supervised.
And he needs to enter a rehab program to help him keep sober.

He also needs extensive therapy to help him understand why he rapes women
and treats women with such disrespect and hatred.

1) He admits he is an alcoholic.
2) He gets a sponsor in AA, starts attending meetings, and works the 12-step program.

This is not something you get cured from. I am an addict (sister program to AA) and I will always be. Thankfully, I am an addict in recovery and sober for nine years.

I had a sponsee in AA that could never accept that he would be an alcoholic for life. He died before he could accept it.

This is very serious stuff Pete.
