lived on the Upper West Side in NYC years ago. The report didn't mention the street where the youth hostel was located. Thanks for posting.
The hostel was on 103rd St. according to CNN, Chris Cuomo.

the suspect north to a NYC bus terminal today, Port Authority I believe. And LE think he's on a bus out of the city.
Advanced surveillance systems really aid police work today. They also have his fingerprints and DNA from the Starbucks trash, his photo from the hostel, more. ID coming soon.
