What happens if Trump loses? Fmr. U.S. attorney explains the consequences of an Election Night loss - MSNBC Reports

There’s a lot at stake for Trump should he lose the 2024 election as his sentencing in the hush money trial is just 3 weeks after Election Day. Former U.S. attorney Harry Litman joins Alex Witt to break down what Trump may be facing and how quickly he could make the federal cases against him go away if he’s re-elected. - Aired on 11/03/2024.

By going to YouTube.

Wow, this is going to be brutal for trump if he loses.

I like how clearly Harry outlined how this will evolve if he doesn’t.

The part about Biden elicited a laugh!

So much is riding on this election!

I’m not one to pin my hopes on anything, but I am fairly certain she and Tim are going to win.

And same here, Harry is very good, I listen to him quite a bit. And I vacillate between being scared and depressed and feeling hopeful, depends on what I've heard that particular day. Today, after what I've seen over the weekend, it's totally beyond me that the majority of Americans could vote for this dangerous convicted felon - and it's not like he's bright enough to have ways to achieve what he wants all on his own, but he's now surrounded with dangerous people. However, we're prepared for his election denial this time around so I keep hearing that they have a plan in place. As I hoped before the 2016 election, I can't wait until we never have to see or hear from him again (except that he's on his way to jail).

British 'mega poll' leans toward Harris victory

I can’t get my iPad to copy the link.

I posted it because in addition to the Seltzer/ Iowa development, this pollster is also indicating something is not quite right with the polls. This pollster, who has had a good deal of success in the U.K., is saying the same thing as Seltzer—that Harris might be underrated.

To add to these two very interesting pollsters with stellar reputations, there is the very curious behavior of trump himself and his team. They are not acting confidently. trump himself has answered a question about the outcome which was surprisingly noncommittal.

if we have a violent militia arm i am unaware of it. they, on the other hand, have been recruiting and training for years.
