I was a field rep for a a printing franchise and they HQ did not have a clue who worked at any franchise and the franchise was not even ten years old. Most franchises don't even have the same owner for ten years, much less 40 years. I worked at a Sears franchise twenty years ago, and I was actually employed by an agency in Chicago. I worked in California.
