Class of 2025 No. 4-ranked Agot Makeer chooses South Carolina over UConn women's basketball
Saturday, Agot Makeer, the No. 4-ranked recruit in the Class of 2025 announced her commitment to South Carolina, choosing the Gamecocks over UConn and Michigan State.
Makeer was the Huskies’ last top-ranked target in the class after signing three others, including Kelis Fisher, the No. 27-ranked recruit.
In addition to Fisher, UConn also signed No. 73 Gandy Malou-Mamel and Ecuador native Blanca Quiñonez, who is not ranked in the Class because of her international status.
