Jewel Spear passes Candace Parker in Lady Vols' history book

Fifth-year guard Jewel Spear led the Lady Vols in scoring with 20 points. She converted 4-of-6 field goal attempts, 1-of-2 three-point attempts and 11-of-11 free throw attempts in 26 minutes.

Spear has scored 2,143 career points and passed Candace Parker (2,137) for No. 7 on Tennessee's career scoring list, including transfers. Her perfect 11-of-11 free throw percentage against Alabama also tied for fifth place in program history.
