Caitlin Clark Becomes First WNBA Player in History to Record Ridiculous Stat Line

Caitlin Clark was a phenom in the NCAA, leaving college as the top scorer in men's or women's college basketball history. She is now proving that she is a phenom at the professional level, too. Clark has become one of the first rookies named to the WNBA All-Star roster since 2014, and she is a favorite to land the Rookie of the Year award.

To go along with her elite play thus far, Clark has now made WNBA history by posting a ridiculous stat line that no other player has secured before her.

During Wednesday's game between the Indiana Fever and Washington Mystics, Clark secured 29 points, 13 assists, five rebounds, five 3-pointers, five steals, and three blocks. Despite Clark posting such ridiculous numbers, the Fever fell to the Mystics with a final score of 89-84.

The Fever have seen an up-and-down season, initially struggling at the beginning of the season going 2-8 in their first 10 games. More recently, the team has rebounded in a big way, going 6-4 in their last 10 games.
