Better than the first one. Scenery, vintage cars and boats were fabulous.

If you love this series go see it you won’t be disappointed. Expect a surprise or 2.

It looks like something I would really love, but it often disappoints. I will eventually see the new movie, if only for the scenery, sets and costumes.

Made me think think there should be a prequel about young Violet and her escapades.

That would be fun!

She was fairly wild in her youth. It would be great fun and enjoyable to watch.

As expected, it was visually stunning in every detail. The characters were portrayed with deep intelligence, compassion, respect, and disarming wit. This morning, the impression that lingers foremost in my mind is a sense of wonderment over the movie’s subversive subtlety in demonstrating the growing pressures on a patriarchal, class-based social system to change.

The sets and costumes were fabulous. The storyline was a little corny. And without a spoiler, I thought the ending was pretty depressing.

and kind of hope, that's the end..

I binged on the series once again on Netflix before it left. Seeing A New Era brought it all back.

Love how the movies spend a few minutes highlighting the supporting characters’ lives.

The villa in the south of France was fabulous. Loved the jazz band at the party. Nice period touch.

The cast must have enjoyed shooting the movie within the movie with all the period equipment.

Very enjoyable two hours.
