Watched "The Boys in the Boat" last night.

Some books just shouldn't be turned into movies. While it was good, it didn't hold a candle to an absolutely amazing and epic book.

I did enjoy the movie, though, and I’m glad I learned their story. Especially interesting to me was how rich Ivy League schools had power over Olympic seating in rowing.

That’s what I’ve heard from others who have read the book before seeing the movie. I have the book sitting here - picked it up from the Little Free Library! I haven’t gotten to reading it yet, though! I’m really looking forward to it!
