Sometimes it seems like getting through one day is a full time job.

I hope things get better for you.

Too many memories about things associated with January and February. Therapy helped me to figure out why I always feel this way. I usually try to find happy distractions.

My lows are summer for the very same reasons. Too many bad memories. People think I'm nuts for loving the winter, but those were always the "safest" months for me.

Here's hoping February ends with a much brighter day/thoughts/dreams for you.

Hang in there, ITW, it seems no matter how much therapy you have, it can all just sneak right up on you.

Hugs to you to help get you through the month!

Some people are able to identify 'triggers' in their life, and sometimes, it just happens. I think I told you awhile back, I actually "triggered" myself one day and ended up sobbing. I haven't had an issue like that in almost 12 years. It was a bit surreal.
