Sorry if I'm being dense, but I don't see a link on the page that says "petition."

Are you talking about the one that says "Tell Your U.S. Representative: Ban Assault Weapons And Expand Background Checks"?

I am happy to give my email address. I am trying to cut down on paper coming into my house. I have returned several requests for mail from places where I regularly donate saying that I will donate on line but to please take my name off their mailing list. Worked for those I regularly donate to. More money for the campaigns without mail outs. This is why I will only do PayPal for political donations. Wish it worked for the daily junk advertisements I get in the mail. BTW, welcome to DU. Glad to have you here.
