Total number of incidents: 243

Total number of deaths: 75

Total number of injuries: 129

Total number of children killed: 5

Total number of teens killed: 8

Mass shooting: 1

we get a Supreme Court that will interpret the Second Amendment correctly, and allow sensible restrictions on the purchase, carry, and storage of lethal weapons.

Something's gotta give, but I fear that, as a nation, we have become so numb to the violence and carnage these weapons inflict upon our citizens, that nothing is going to happen until the NRA is brought to heel.

Just my thoughts.
