Related: About this forumWhy are some post responses showing up in yellow?
It seems random and I find it distracting and can't figure out why some are in yellow and others aren't. Can anyone explain this to me?

(57,204 posts)The first is 'none'. Click it on, and the pale yellow goes away. The next is '5 newest'. Click on it and the 5 newest replies light up, light yellow. The last is 'recommendations'. When this is selected, those replies with a rec will highlight.
