How do I put images in a post?

All I see is a link button when posting, but nothing about posting an image to DU. TIA.

Go to choose images, get the picture you want out of your photo library. Add on post images and copy the second caption on the link. Paste that in the subject part of your DU post and it should work. I use it all the time. https://postimages.org/
