Would it be possible to

Put an automatic wrapper around links to questionable or inimical sources? So that when we read the post we are warned that the link is not necessarily safe to follow?
I don’t keep up on all dangerous domains and it seems it should be so much easier to do this at the publisher level.
I’m not advocating censorship, just a warning.
