Cannot get credit card option up for onetime star member payment.

I will not use PayPal directly.
Using Android Galaxy - newer version. Never had this problem before.

Not really intuitive that this link needs to be switched off. Took me awhile to figure it out.

Thank you, but I'm still not finding this option.
I've used the guest option dozens of times
in the past for this and other purchases.
I will not give PayPal my information.
I'm on a newer Android - Galaxy Note. I'll try from my computer next.
But I missed this year's Valentine gifting season
