Sometimes I don't have a cup of coffee until late afternoon on the days when I'm working.

i really started in anger this morning. blamed it on the coffee, but could be getting out of bed when i didnt want, son not filling up like he should, having to deal with a dog first, son in shorts and jacket, no gloves in 6 degree weather, or merely having 6 degree weather with my body out in it.

so we talked to him and he was very nice about it and said he doesn't think they've talked enough about what constitutes sexual harassment, and that there's a drug awareness assembly coming up and he'd look for a speaker about this issue and add harassment to the assembly.

and THAT is how i have always experienced schools. i have always been able to walk in with concern, and been met with equal concern. and appreciation that i spoke up.
