Especially with such an unpredictable leader now in charge of our country.
The Congress, many years ago, most out of cowardice, turned over their constitutional duty to declare war to the executive branch.
Times now require them to re-visit this decision before something terrible and unforeseen happens, in my opinion.

Very true...and the source of so much misery around the world today.

Hundreds of thousands are dead, without a President Trump--and not all occurred during the Bush presidency.
Our alleged representatives who signed on to it should always be viewed with extra suspicion.
