Debate over SD Food Sales Tax Cut Ballot Initiative
SD voters will decide in November on a ballot issue that would cut the current four percent state sales tax on groceries.
Rick Weiland of Sioux Falls has been the primary backer of the initiative.
Nathan Sanderson, Executive Director of the SD Retailers Association is an active opponent.
