My uncle died this evening.

I don't know why I'm posting this except that he was a truly good man and the last of my grandmother's eight children. He lived a good and long life and I will miss him.

Having special memories of special people has always been how I have dealt with loss. Knowing he was a truly good man is a beautiful start. You certainly loved him enough to let us know about him. Thank you

He had a very quiet strength. Never raised his voice in anger but went through life quietly getting things done. One day I hope to be just like him.
