Well I got no email, texts or alerts about an appt. So I feel better.

Good idea, I doubled checked both email accts and I regularly delete the call log.

I wrote down the funeral home info& they texted me, but unless this law firm gets ahold of me quickly, I'll never know

A lot more under the surface than what you're showing. The firm might call you and remind you of your appt.

If you can log into your account online, you might have an intact list of phone calls you've made.
