nws sacramento weather radar is very busy tonight with a big swath in the bay area and north bay .

very heavy yellows and reds imbedded in it. may mean hail or lighting. ohm myyyyyy.

..FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 705 PM PST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following
counties, Riverside and San Diego.

* WHEN...Until 705 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 505 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen since 300 PM.
Thunderstorms will move northeast at 40 MPH.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Moreno Valley, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Temecula, Vista,
Encinitas, southern Lake Elsinore, Poway, Ramona and Valley
Center.
