what a storm last nite in sonora ca .

went to the golden arches for a light snack then to harbour freight and to a no name auto parts store . was raining lightly and heard thunder in the afternoon. after we left 99 cent store and got into the car , squalls came thrugh and about nine pm it really rained to beat the band . i dont know how many inches we got but wow.

1. It rained hard all day in Mt. Shasta and they had mud flows

This is the second time in a few weeks that heavy rains and melt water have run down the slopes of Mt Shasta and sent mud flows down Lake Street and through other areas of the mountain side city. Quite unusual.
