And that helps end the drought in your region. Best of luck. Snowing here in Maine. I thought it was over for the season....guess not.

The most snow of the winter since Friday afternoon. It let up for about an hour this afternoon and it's been above freezing so the roads are clearing themselves with a little encouragement. The sun came out while it was still snowing like hell, that happens here, we call it "snowshine". But it soon started collecting again, now I can't see my car in the driveway because it's buried by some rather artful appearing drifts. Highly sculpted.

The 4runner, out o the street, has a drift up against the side I can see that is higher than the tops of the wheel wells. The say it should stop snowing by noon Monday. My neighbors never came back so I hope they made it safely to their destination this morning.

Up here we never stop expecting snow until it's clearly going to be at least +50F overnight. That's usually in June sometime.

Now you'll get to see how much your new buddy loves fresh snow.

Days are getting longer, the ground is thawing. Any snow we get will quickly melt now. No accumulation to worry about. Spring has sprung and there's no going back to winter....for at least another 9 months or so...
