Didn't see a moon last night/this morning, but DID see a meteor!!!

southern sky, around 4 a.m. (southern MD) Orionid meteor shower peaked!!! (Oct. 21)

Moon was to rise @ 4:12AM as Waning Crescent, 8% visible

There’s a lot of light pollution here but she sees a lot of stars out there. Are there more meteors expected tonight?

@ Waning Crescent, 8% visible!!! I didn't catch it, not visible here until I don't know when, but NOT @ 4:15 a.m. when I gave up.
