Studs Terkel interviewing Isaac Bashevis Singer

Isaac Bashevis Singer a few decades ago influenced me in becoming an ethical vegetarian as a teenager. I am a Chicagoan so I grew up listening with my parents to Studs fascinating interviews on WFMT radio.
There is huge archive of the recordings of Studs' interviews from people like Martin Luther King Jr , James Baldwin, Stokely Carmichael, Tom Leher, Quentin Crisp, Ferron, Shel Silverstein, Langston Hughes, Steve Goodman, David Halberstam , Caesar Chavez, Rita Moreno, Oliver Sacks, Buster Keaton, Danny Kaye. There are so many many more interviews he did from the 1950s through the 1990s. Check it out:
