22 years ago - on February 1, 2002 - American journalist Daniel Pearl was brutally murdered by a terror group in Pakistan. Weeks later, a videotape of his beheading was released.

His final words on earth were "My father’s Jewish, my mother’s Jewish, I’m Jewish."

There's an evil in our world that preys on Jews. We remember you, Daniel. We carry your memory and refuse to cower or hide. We are proudly Jewish and fighting for the right of Jews to be free and safe.

May Daniel's memory forever be a blessing.

was high up in jsoc when this happened. he was an army ranger, went through cere, served in 2 wars in iraq, service in afghanistan that earned him a congressional medal, it was repeatedly having to watch that video that gave him ptsd.
i wonder how many in the military say the same. powerful tactic.
