1. The ceremony isn't necessary. A simple swearing in would be sufficient.

He was a notary public, and justice of the peace. LBJ was sworn in by a Federal District Judge.

Article II, Section 1, Clause 8, specifies the language of the oath. It doesn’t say (or limit) who can administer it.

That just may be what we see....I understand from various psychics...election interference by Russia will be announced first in Europe and including then the USA...

5. If it were me, I'd do simple ceremony a somewhere not DC...

Maybe someplace like KC, St. Louis, Dallas, Denver or Atlanta. Change it up a bit. It would add a twist to an otherwise unmemorable event. Plus, it would make it more accessible to people who likely will never make it to DC.

But, with this one being for Trump, I dont care. Unmemorable and unremarkable along with all the other modern ones is OK.
