and really like it. whichbudget.com is also good.

I am looking for an inexpensive ticket to europe, am flexible with dates and flexible with arrival/departure cities (up to a point). These sites allow you to enter very broad categories, which is exactly what I want.

Will check out some of these other sites soon and would love to know what others think of them.

And the reception was 100% New Orleans magic.

No one who had the great fortune to attend will ever forget it.

should have picked NOLA over Florence ! :&gt

you should do a play by play post - would love to hear about it.

Tried skyscanner.net last night. It is pretty good - but didn't list
too many prices from a destination...lots of "check this city" buttons.
Maybe they set up those buttons in order of probable price.
Haven't looked too much - but it looks like they pick the cheapest
itinerary and you can't pick a change to a leg. But - it tells you
what airline - so just went there.

I am trying to pick somewhere to go on our annual long weekend
anniversary trip in Sept...which I surprise my husband with. Only 3 nights
so don't want to fly forever. I want to go back to Calistoga - Napa
Valley but it's 4 hr flight plus drive. Nothing seems too exciting
or been there lately don't want to go back so soon.

trying to protect my privacy, lol.

sky scanner can be cumbersome, but useful if you are flexible. Also might want to look at whichbudget.com

You might consider Mexico in September. I'm in love with it, so my views are biased. But it's accessible, affordable and utterly enchanting.

If you want to talk about specific locations, just let me know.

a departure city and get a list of everywhere you can fly to and the cost.

Perhaps this would be impossibly difficult

But, we have often thought - want to go somewhere - not sure where - what are the best deals for a particular time

You can put in your departure city and then "everywhere" as your destination.

You can put in specific dates, a whole month or even a year.

It's really fun to play with.

My mom is staying at a small studio in July/August when we meet in Portland next month. I booked at a guesthouse and there are no private bathrooms, so that was a good alternative. Found one that was a block away.
