In the first dish the meringue is in smaller pieces and poached, and the second the meringue is all in one piece and floating on the creme anglaise.

We'll be in Paris over Christmas, and will check it out.

Looks great! The fact that it's recommended by someone who lives in Paris, makes a huge difference.

And we're doing an exchange with another couple who live in Paris.

We're spending a week in Paris, so it should be fun.
