I mostly work and play by myself (though with some tacit engagement by choice). Now I have to rebuild an entire world model as a human so I can preserve my savings.

I can be diplomatic!*

I am not a patsy and it angers me when large groups of brainless people try to outwit me.

Who are these people? I do not know!

But such people no doubt exist and are a scourge.

My city is full of brainless, harassing, creepy gamers and corrupt, private equity owned hospitals with Reefer Madness rubber stamps and various things slated only for sexual harassment, misconduct and malpractice allegations where any part of what is broadly included in the concept of “society” has encouraged such mindbogglingly stupid people. But the stupidity is tiered!

There are some things and that is pretty much everything I have seen since at least 2010, maybe 2009, but not earlier (my guess is it is all tied to those two noxious giants Google and Facebook with all sorts of other parasitic entities, e.g.: Blackstone, shady defense contracting, sad gaming etc).

My medical mj co and doctor are cool and for their sake as much as mine I will not allow marijuana legalization to be coupled with the throwing away of implicit rules re harassment, misconduct and malpractice.

The tide on mj legalization does not need to be coupled with “Neither male creeps nor those confused contextually about their ‘creep or not’ status should ever be made to feel uncomfortable!”

And that doesn’t mean the rest of us cannot be friends!

Sorry. I have been a punchline too long and turnabout is fairplay!

Especially in dealings with the dumbest people anywhere.

I use Andy Nikiforuk’s piece “The Triumph of Stupidity” as my starting point as I reassess a world filled with drivel and sort and compartmentalize things as a non-genius might.

I am trying an unstructured activity that must be a game as I don’t see another category it fits. But it is full of very serious sexual harassment, misconduct and malpractice allegation threats from my side - but that doesn’t mean it cannot be fun!

Those are “levels” in games! I think this is called learning a new language.

You see I like play and fun, but I also like threats. I like to be at the threatening end not the threatened end to be clear.

I don’t know how to signal to the like-minded as I never expected to need to.

Prof Lecun formerly of Meta has cleared enough “levels” to be identified by me as “not stupid”. He probably doesn’t know any people I would not more or less deem “stupid, awful” when cooler and “stupid, awful and creepy” when less cool.

I totally feel that is magnanimous and a compliment and only as adversarial as needs to be when one is forced to communicate to unknown scientists: “Help! I see and hear stupid people! Your computer creeps and economists and the entertainment industry murdered common sense and I hold you kinda responsible collegially as clearly not stupid enough to shirk nor daft enough to fail to understand quite possibly. Unlike say Alex Pentland who is probably one of the most genuinely brainless morons these fields ..produced.”.

Actually I rather like Prof Lecun, but I grovel to people reflexively for distinct reasons:

1) I grovel to educators as I always have in normal ways as a substandard student who won’t leave non-profit stem whatever else she leaves - a clearly unheard of type of human.

2) I grovel to fascists as as I don’t know how to handle stupid people.

And it is hard to communicate when it is first versus the second.


*: The exclamation mark is a space and time saving way to connote excitement and enthusiasm.

Assign value judiciously:
Alex Pentland = A total creep, sleazebag and a brainless overrated parasite.
Query: Why the emotion over this specific sleazebag/creep in a world sleazebags and creeps?
Answer: He was involved in India’s digital id program, Aadhar and I cannot think of a worse person for the job in cultures here in the global south where overpopulation results in a grating dynamic of -1) considering spying, prying and stalking cute and 2) the same brainless logic is then applied to make everything creepily gatekept as well in stupid ways.
There is a creepy billionaire Vinod Khosla who fits that. Add in creepy trauma porn of the “Perfect Neighbor” type and that is a model of hell!
In other words a fusion of the worst of all hats!


The inverse of that is forms of human cooperation that cannot be productized, televised etc at all and I have yet to see that as it is not possible with these initial conditions.

But hey look - I am a lover not a fighter!

I am turning bringing back sexual harassment and other norms (as they were intended in spirit if not letter) ubiquitously, while not being a total pill with random people fun! It saves time!
Efficiency!!!!
