That was the first game we had for our first home computer back in either 1982 or 1983 (can't remember). I would have been 8 or 9
It's pretty crazy to think that almost as much time has passed between that game being released and today (1982 - 2023: 41 years) as passed between the original novel being published and the game coming out (1937 - 1982: 45 years).

Went from a MicroAce to a ZX80 to a ZX81. During that time, I had a Texas Instruments 99/4a for color graphic games. (Still have it in working order, but can emulate the machine, so it just collects dust).
