Which teams did the NFL Players Association rank as best and worst in the latest survey?

If you said the Miami Dolphins were #1, you'd be right. And that marks the 3rd consecutive year for the Fins at the top!

All the way down to last place for... the Pittsburgh Steelers. I would have thought the stingy Cincinnati Bengals would have earned that lowlight.

The Minnesota Vikings finished second, followed by the Washington Commanders in third.

"Players consistently describe the organization as 'the best in the NFL,'" the NFLPA survey wrote about the Dolphins.

The Pittsburgh Steelers finished last for the first time in the four-year history of the union's survey. Last year, the Steelers ranked 28th. The Arizona Cardinals finished 31st in the 2026 survey, after a last-place finish in 2025, and the Cleveland Browns finished in 30th, the same as in 2025.

The NFLPA is not making the report cards public this year after a grievance filed by the NFL, which said the survey violated the collective bargaining agreement. Earlier this month, an arbitrator agreed with the league, saying the report cards violated the CBA by "disparaging NFL clubs and individuals." The NFLPA said it would continue to collect responses for report cards even if it can't publish them.

But they got glamor locker rooms. Isn't that everything wrong with that team?

An organization with zero accountability for players, a meddling owner, that never wins.

Vikings and commanders. Three franchises that have not won a Superbowl this century.

Seems to me like players like a lot of comfort with no accountability...of course that got the coach fired.

It's almost like they don't care about the players.

Grading on how hospitable the team is to families, to name one. And considering their results, the through the roof grades for the Dolphins head coach, OC and DC seems like ridiculous grade inflation or delusion.

The grades are given out just prior to free agency so the players can use it to help determine where to go.
