there's no "ghost runner" at the start of each half-inning (or, "Little League rule," as I call it) in postseason ball.

You gotta feel sorry for Phillies pitcher Orion Kerkering. Error fielding the broken bat hit right back at him, then making the mistake throwing home when he could have comfortably made the out at first. Brain fart, I guess
