Bet teams are kicking themselves for passing on Matthew Boyd

The Guardians starter shut down the Dodgers through six innings yesterday in L.A. It was the second dominate start in a row that folllowed two other very good ones. Boyd is coming back from Tommy John surgery.

Aside from the tough schedule, Vogt is not going to risk injury or a dead arm just for a stat. 21 games left. If it came down to a home field advantage in the first round, maybe.
