Edie Adams was the headliner of the full nightclub revue, with even the dog act. Hackett was not on the bill. He came out of the audience and did a few jokes with Adams, then sat on the edge of the stage, bantered with her, and did about 15-20 minutes of the raunchiest jokes I have ever heard.
