I'm not thrilled to post these and would rather stick to happier and funnier toons, but sometimes a reminder of what is lost through ignorance is needed.
Another time and place quoted "Never forget!" Americans forget too easily things that don't affect them. I don't think this will be the same.
I want to thank KS Toronado for his journeyman work and the dozens of National Cartoonists for getting many of these out to us. And if some you know never saw them or need to be reminded what their voting or non voting did, pass these along. Maybe, if we ask the universe, the time will be shorter.
