getting old,,,,

so I go to the doctor because I 'hurt' my back,,,,

and I end up finding out more than I bargained for,,,,

While I am healing from picking up something that was too heavy and just need to keep doing what I've been doing,,,, and having some physical therapy in a month or so,,,,,,

seems like I fractured a vertebrae in my back awhile ago (within the past 10 years) and she said that based on how my bones showed up in the xray I probably have osteoporosis,,,, jeez,,,,

so I am reading about it,,,,
