Related: About this forumHaving trouble with Social Security Login? I found a solution.
If you use a Chromebook, I've found a solution for the login issue that has been plaguing some of us. If you login using an 'incognito' browser window, your problem will be solved. Using an unrecognized browser on other devices will also likely work. I still don't know what the issue is, but this is a workaround that gets you to your account.

It's a bit of a nuisance, but not difficult.
