I got my Pneumococcal & shingles vaccines yesterday

My tushie has been dragging allllll day.
Pots of decafe tea, naps on the couch kind of a day

One in each arm. A little sore but NBD. When I was growing up, shots were a BFD. The wire guage and length were brutal. And it was my Uncle administering the shots. Had a love/hate relationship with him as a youngster.

Husband & I are getting the latest covid booster on Saturday,,,, I am not looking forward to it we are usually down for 2 days,,,,, but,,,, we don't want covid so there ya go.

Anyway take good care of yourself!!

and my arms were very sore for a week. I got Covid and Flu last week and as usual both arms hurt for 4 or 5 days but not nearly as bad as Shingles. I asked the pharmacist if this was normal and he said it was.

I'm one of those who only do one at a time. I want to know what is causing my symptoms.
