Related: About this forumwent to visit my uncle's grave today.
He was a P.O.W. of the Japanese from the fall of Corregidor to the liberation. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross, silver star, etc. And on his grave stone says not just POW, but "PH". We cannot figure out what "PH" is. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.
