The Ukrainian Army is a like us the west American army we are a professional army from officers command control to squads level to platoon level you have NCO corp sgts leadership that is motivated. NCO run the army its fact they lead young soldiers and teach young officers.
Ukraine army has destroyed the professional Russian army up next one million conscripts. Is quantity problem with these kremlin conscripts yes, are these conscripts trained No nor are they motivated to die for putin. Im thinking Vlad will end up even losing Donbas what he annexed invaded 2014.

(1,406 posts)After that first Russian invasion. Ukraine totally revamped its military from the Old Soviet type to NATO type and US Troops started to train them in late 2014 early 2015. Ukraine also instituted a plan to develop a Professional NCO Corps for their Military. Also creating a volunteer force vs, a Conscription Force. All these have paid off with a strong viable professional Army that is kicking the crap out of the ruskie's.

Any army with professional NCO's is going to trounce a conscript army with 'ninety-day wonder' sergeants.
