All fair skinned and FIL died of Skin Cancer so Sun protection was a big deal. None of them would keep their sun hats on at the beach. One day at the Uniform shop I found size XSmall Boonie hats and bought 3 of them. They loved them and wore them non stop outdoors all the time.

One day just before Uniform inspection of Dress Blues I get a call form my wife asking if I was missing something. I said no. Her reply was that my middle son was running around the house with one of my covers Saluting everything. Turns out the little bugger reached into my travel bad and took my cover out and now I was on a mad dash to the exchange for a new Cover.
