The other factual error is about the medical uses for meth, as it's schedule 2.

Due to its high potential for abuse, methamphetamine is classified as a Schedule II drug and is available only through a prescription that cannot be refilled. Although methamphetamine can be prescribed by a doctor, its medical uses are limited, and the doses that are prescribed are much lower than those typically abused.

I can't disagree that meth would be any worse than some of the legal bath salt concoctions out there. It's also likely that some of the health problems associated with it are due to poor manufacturing techniques.

The fact that people go days without sleep and go insane, has got to be a concern if meth were legal. At least with smack heavy use is likely to make the person less dangerous as they spend the day nodding. Heavy meth use can lead to some crazy shit that affects the neighborhood.

Sorry, but I listened to Phish too much from my last girlfriend.

Now, I have to listen to Jack Johnson via my current one.

I have to get my punk and rock-a-billy in when I can.

I like Phish but in small, controlled doses, as it were. I've never gotten the same spiritual, transcendent thing from them that I used to get from the Dead (100+ shows) but they do know how to jam.

And I saw Phish back in 1990 or so in a bar with 200 people. That was fun.

Also when Trey and Paige played with Phil and Steve Kimock at the Warfield in 1999. Those were some amazing shows.

Never saw that one before. Love how Bob went through a period where he changed lyrics all the time like that.

so funny I think. I hate that cannabis is called a "drug" cuz it ain't. Not like drugs. It is an herb, a plant, that is healing...drugs are not healing, they only mask this and that.

I really think that by lumping drugs all together we giving the discussion a disservice by not talking aobut what each one does and how tehy effect you. What I always liked about the pot discussion was that pot makes you stupid and it is a mind expansion drug at the same time.

I am pretty sure pot has made me far more intellegent than i would be had I not puffed. It makes me curiouser and curiouser.....
